Under Assumptions A1 and A2, for any C>0C>0 the set

{(l,t)|o​r​dl​(t)​(fl​(t))<C}⊂ℒ×(0,+∞)\{(l,t)|\,\,ord_{l}(t)(f_{l}(t))<C\,\}\subset{\cal L}\times(0,+\infty)

consists of a finite number of intervals.
