Definition 3.10.

Let $\Pi_{1}$ and $\Pi_{2}$ be two polyhedral complexes in $N_{\mathbb{R}}$ . The complex of intersections of $\Pi_{1}$ and $\Pi_{2}$ is defined as the collection of polyhedra

\Pi_{1}\cdot\Pi_{2}=\{\Lambda_{1}\cap\Lambda_{2}|\Lambda_{1}\in\Pi_{1},\Lambda_{2}\in\Pi_{2}\}.
