In Theorem 1.1, the singularity of $d\underline{\nu}_{\infty}$ occurs at $v=0\in\mathbb{I}$ which coincides with the locus of the singular fiber $\mathcal{F}^{-1}(0)$. The explicit formula of $d\underline{\nu}_{\infty}$ has applications in understanding the properties of general collapsing limits with lower Ricci curvature bound.
