Let $Y$ be a $d$ -dimensional cycle of $X$ and $L_{i}$ a line bundle on $X$ and $s_{i}$ a rational section of $L_{i}$ , $i=0,\dots,d$ . We say that $s_{0},\dots,s_{d}$ meet properly $Y$ if, for all $I\subset\{0,\dots,d\}$ ,
