Corollary 2.27.

The Taub-NUT type Calabi-Yau metric $g_{\mathbb{C}^{3}}$ has volume growth rate

C^{-1}\leq\frac{\text{Vol}(B_{g_{\mathbb{C}^{3}}}(r))}{r^{4}}\leq C,\quad r\geq A^{-1/4}.

and the tangent cone at infinity is the Euclidean $\mathbb{R}^{4}$ .
