Conjecture 9.2.

There exists $C=C(n,{\rm v},D)$ such that if $M^{n}$ satisfy $|{\rm Ric}_{M^{n}}|\leq n-1$ , ${\rm diam}(M^{n})\leq D$ , and ${\rm Vol}(B_{1}(p))>v>0$ , then $b_{2}(M^{n})\leq C$ .
