Lemma 3.8.

There exists $s_{0}$ such that whenever $|s|\geq s_{0}$ , all $H_{s}^{v}(a)$ are smooth and transversal to $X_{s}(q)$ for every $q\in U^{\epsilon}_{v}$ .
