Theorem 3.7.

There exists a real number $s_{0}$ , such that for any $s$ with $|s|\geq s_{0}$ ,

f_{s}\colon H_{s}^{\mathrm{sm}}\rightarrow\Sigma\backslash N(D)

is a torus fibration isomorphic to $W^{\epsilon}\rightarrow\Sigma\backslash N(D)$ .
