The second estimate in (7.22) and (7.23) corresponds to the curvature behavior of the Taub-NUT metric which is exactly of cubic decay. The curvature estimate in (7.25) is sharp as well because the curvatures decay quadratically in the end of a complete Tian-Yau space.
