Remark 4.10.

If we assume that ${\mathscr{X}}$ is normal instead of assuming that ${\mathscr{X}}_{s}$ is reduced, then Lemma 4.9 holds for any non-archimedean field $K$ (see [GS15b, Corollary 2.12]).
