These properties are proved in [Gub98, Section 7] under the assumption that $K$ is algebraically closed and $V$ is compact. The assumption $K$ algebraically closed was not used in the arguments. Since (a)–(d) are local statements, we can deduce them from the corresponding statements in loc.  cit. ∎
