Theorem 1.3

If $f:X\rightarrow B$ is a well-behaved $T^{2}$ -fibration and $G$ is an abelian group, then $f$ is $G$ -simple. If $f:X\rightarrow B$ is a well-behaved $T^{3}$ -fibration, then $f$ is ${\bf Z}$ -simple and ${\bf Z}/n{\bf Z}$ -simple for all $n$ .
