Corollary 1.6.

If $\Pi\subset\mathbb{R}^{n+1}$ is a balanced $n$ -complex then there exists a weight $w_{j}\subset{\mathbb{N}}$ for $E_{j}$ , $j=1,\dots k$ , such that

\sum\limits_{j=1}^{k}w_{j}v_{j}=0.
