Proposition 5.1.

Let $K$ be a compact subset of $X$ . If $\sup_{X}V_{K,\omega}\leq 1$ then $Cap_{\omega}(K)=Cap_{\omega}(X)=1$ . If $\sup_{X}V_{K,\omega}\geq 1$ then
